1. General Terms of Use

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dx999 ("dx999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dx999 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, crash games, and payment facilities. These Terms apply to all registered users, guest browsers, and any person accessing the platform from the territory of Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction where the platform is accessible.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

dx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the dx999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before making large deposits or claiming promotional bonuses.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from translation or interpretation in any other language, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence in all cases.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of any other clause in this document.

1.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms referenced on the dx999 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and dx999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or arrangements whether oral or written.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on dx999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dx999 is strictly an 18+ platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of dx999, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily placed through dx999's tools or mandated by any external body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

dx999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and source-of-funds documentation.

2.2 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You must not use fictitious names, incomplete addresses, or another person's identity details at any stage of registration. dx999 uses the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and fulfil regulatory obligations.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one dx999 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, dx999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and retain any funds derived from fraudulent or duplicate account activity pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security and Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dx999 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. dx999 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach in writing via [email protected]. dx999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication, which is available free of charge in your account security settings.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

dx999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed, and may additionally be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits, or at dx999's discretion at any time. KYC documents may include a copy of your National ID Card or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Bangladesh address, and a selfie photograph. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

dx999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your account status, verified payment history, and technical circumstances at any given time. dx999 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, third-party e-wallets not listed above, or payments from accounts not registered in your own legal name.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit on dx999 is ৳500. There is no universally fixed maximum deposit limit; however, dx999 may apply account-level limits based on KYC status, responsible gaming settings, or risk management decisions. All deposits are credited to your BDT account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. dx999 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet or banking provider may apply their own transaction charges for which dx999 bears no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts or other payment methods may take up to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. dx999 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for deposits on the account.

3.4 Withdrawal to Deposit Source

As a general rule, dx999 requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposits. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be processed to your registered bKash account. This policy is applied to protect against money laundering and is consistent with standard practices across the online gaming industry. Exceptions may be approved on a case-by-case basis at dx999's sole discretion.

3.5 Currency

The default and only supported currency on dx999 is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures displayed on the platform are in BDT. No currency conversion is performed on the platform; all payment methods must be funded in BDT.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Policy

dx999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds and free-bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution, or bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold stated in promotion terms, will not count toward satisfying wagering requirements.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

dx999 operates sophisticated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of low-risk bet combinations to clear wagering requirements, collusion between players, and the use of automated software or bots. Where bonus abuse is identified, dx999 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings, restrict account functionality, or close the account entirely. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at dx999's sole discretion following internal review.

4.4 Opt-In and Expiry

Most promotions on dx999 require active opt-in before qualifying activity is tracked. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on dx999 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to review the bet slip before confirming. dx999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where explicitly provided for in the specific rules of the relevant betting market. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are settled based on the recorded state of play at the time the bet was accepted by the system.

5.2 Pricing Errors

dx999 makes every effort to ensure odds and game paytables are accurate at all times. In the event of an obvious error — including but not limited to odds that are clearly out of line with the market, decimal errors, or system miscalculations — dx999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and return the original stakes to the affected players. dx999 will not honour winnings derived from bets placed on knowingly incorrect prices.

5.3 Match Integrity

dx999 takes match integrity seriously and cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and integrity monitoring organisations to identify suspicious betting patterns. Any player found to have placed bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or corrupt outcome, or who is otherwise found to have exploited inside information in breach of fair-play principles, will have their account immediately closed, all relevant winnings voided, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

5.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a live betting session, slot spin, or live casino hand, dx999's system logs are used to determine the fair resolution. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on dx999's infrastructure, the player's stake for that round will be refunded in full. dx999 is not responsible for disconnections or failures caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or mobile network.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

dx999 applies maximum winnings limits on a per-sport, per-market, and per-game basis. These limits are displayed within each market or game's information panel. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a single event or session will be paid up to the applicable cap; any amount above the cap is not payable. The maximum single payout across all product verticals on dx999 is ৳10,000,000 (ten million Bangladeshi Taka) per calendar day, unless a separate limit is specifically stated.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your dx999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons (problem gambling), please indicate this clearly in your closure request and refer to Section 7 of these Terms for self-exclusion options.

6.2 Suspension or Closure by dx999

dx999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (b) the player is under 18 years of age; (c) the player has engaged in fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; (d) the player's activity poses a match-integrity risk; (e) closure is required to comply with applicable law or a lawful authority request; or (f) the player has violated any provision of these Terms. In cases of fraudulent activity, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. dx999 will send an email notification to the registered address at 30-day intervals prior to the account being formally classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Reactivation requires successful login and KYC re-verification in some cases.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Welfare Commitment

dx999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial solution or a compulsive activity. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered players, and we train our customer support team to recognise and respond appropriately to signs of problem gambling.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing may request a self-exclusion from dx999 at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 6 months up to 5 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully suspended — no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. Self-exclusion decisions are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period. Players under self-exclusion who attempt to circumvent the restriction by creating new accounts will have all such accounts closed and balances voided.

7.3 Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits and loss limits from the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect, giving the player time to reconsider. dx999 will never encourage a player to remove or increase a responsible gaming limit during any customer interaction.

7.4 Time-Out Feature

A temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days is available to all players. During a time-out, the account is suspended from all gambling activity but can still be accessed to view transaction history and request pending withdrawals. Time-outs cannot be cancelled early once activated.

7.5 Minor Protection

dx999 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. Parents and guardians who believe a minor may have accessed dx999 using a shared device or account are urged to contact us immediately. dx999 will cooperate fully with parental inquiries, close any underage accounts identified, and return any deposited funds to the verified payment source. We also recommend the use of parental control software available for Android and iOS devices commonly used in Bangladesh to prevent underage access to online gambling services.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

dx999 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, and force-majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. dx999 shall not be liable for any losses — including but not limited to missed betting opportunities or open positions — arising from platform downtime, regardless of cause.

8.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that dx999 does not guarantee any winnings. dx999 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform, provided that those losses resulted from fair, correctly settled games and markets. The responsibility for all wagering decisions lies solely with the player.

8.3 Third-Party Links and Services

The dx999 platform may reference or integrate third-party services such as payment processors, game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and data feeds. dx999 is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of these third-party services. Any disputes arising from the failure of a third-party payment provider to process a transaction must be pursued directly with that provider.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dx999's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dx999 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the dx999 platform in violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent activity conducted through your account.
